Enchanting rural Holiday Cottage in the Exmoor National Park

The Duck House is available throughout the year for weekly lets (Sat-Sat). So that we can properly clean and prepare the cottage, please do not arrive before 4.00pm and vacate by 10.30 on day of departure.

Prices range from £180 to £320 per week. Please see Calendar below for precise price for your required period.

A Deposit of £150 is required with your booking, the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival date.

Dogs: 1 well behaved dog is welcome @£10 per week. Please note that the garden is NOT fenced and the adjacent fields have sheep and other stock. Your dog MUST be kept under control.

Horse: Grazing is available - please ask for details

Electricity and heating is included
